DAPREX SERVICES
Application and technical training are available at either our Stamford, CT
office, or on-site at customer locations. We strongly recommend one to two
days of training per application, with additional training available at the
client's request. The training is directed at those users who will be
responsible for the given application(s) and may include casual users as well.
Based on our experience, on-site training by DAPREX personnel is the most
effective method of implementation, enabling your staff to make maximum use of
the system in a short period of time.
Advanced training courses, reviewing the more advanced features of the
systems as well as new features/functions, are offered once a year at our
Stamford office. All users are invited to attend.
TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Telephone support is available Monday through Friday until 6:30 EST.
Weekend support is provided under special circumstances and is not covered
under the Annual Maintenance Agreement. Annual Maintenance is 20% of the base
price of the software and covers unlimited telephone support and annual system
release updates.
USER GROUPS
Our annual User Group meeting is held to
discuss user concerns, suggestions, and topics of general interest. This is
usually a two day event and all are welcome. The most important by product of
the User Group meeting is the list of suggested enhancements drawn up by the
group. DAPREX incorporates the items on the list into the next major release,
and each year almost 98% of the suggestions are added to the standard packaged
software; at no additional charge.
MODIFICATIONS AND CONVERSIONS
DAPREX offers file conversion services and/or assistance to your staff in
writing such programs. We are happy to provide any modifications to our
systems that your company may require, and our trained programmer analysts are
available for custom programming projects as well.
